So…. Technically, there is no store. I know, “what’s the point?” I’ll get there. For now, there’s an inventory.

I do like to learn how to do new things all the time! Of course, I say that knowing I have a full-time job, kids, and other responsibilities. That said, I started all of this off with holiday pillowcases for throw pillows, so I have those.

I also make “soothing salves.” It seems weird to put that in quotations, because they really do soothe, but no one ever knows what a salve is, so I add the adjective to give the item some context, but it’s basically a lotion.

I think i’m also going to add some candles just for fun, And these “easy” (sarcastic quote is used accurately here) key chains, if I ever figure them out.

Today I went to my first craft show as a vendor! Did I sell anything? Yes! Did I come close to breaking even? Not even close. Did I learn something that I will use in the future? Maybe? I hope so, because I’m doing another one in a few weeks. Look, I made almost 100 pillow cases and brought about 25 pillow inserts as my entire inventory and sold six cases and three inserts, so don’t come here looking for any great insight.
